Every 2027 glamping or self-catering holiday booked direct with us and paid in full by 23:59 on Saturday 31 October 2026 is automatically entered into our prize draw. First name out wins their whole holiday back.

How to enter

• Already booked for 2027? Pay your balance by 31 October. Log in to My Account to pay online by card, or pay by bank transfer (BACS). For our bank details, email info@leonardscove.co.uk. We can't take card payments over the phone.
• Not booked yet? Book any 2027 break and pay in full at the time of booking.
• Bookings made online, by phone or in person at reception all count. Balances are paid online by card or by bank transfer.

The prizes

• 1st prize: your 2027 holiday free. Everything you paid us for the booking, including hot tub and pet charges, refunded after your stay.
• 2nd prize: £100 back, refunded to your card after you check out.
• 3rd and 4th prizes: a £50 voucher each for Kendricks, our restaurant on the Dartmouth waterfront. Handed over at check-in and valid for 12 months.

The draw takes place on Friday 6 November 2026 and winners will be emailed within the week. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram for the reveal.

Paying early is risk-free

Our usual booking terms still apply. Only the 25% deposit is non-refundable, so if you cancel more than six weeks before arrival, everything you've paid above the deposit comes back to you.

Good to know

• Glamping and self-catering only. Camping and touring pitches are not included.
• Bookings made through Hoseasons or other agents are not included.
• One entry per booking. Book two holidays, get two entries.
• Discounted bookings still count, so our Early Bird and Payday offers apply too.

Terms and conditions

1. Promoter. LCK Leisure Ltd (company no. 11966331), trading as Leonards Cove Holiday Village, Stoke Fleming, Dartmouth, Devon TQ6 0NR ("we", "us").
2. Promotion period. Opens 10 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 October 2026 ("the closing date").
3. How to enter. A booking is entered automatically if, by the closing date, it is (a) a 2027 holiday in a glamping or self-catering unit at Leonards Cove, (b) booked directly with us online at leonardscove.co.uk, by phone or in person at reception, and (c) paid in full to us. This includes bookings already paid in full before the promotion opened. No additional payment is required to enter.
4. Exclusions. Camping and touring pitches; bookings made through Hoseasons or any other agent or third-party website; employees of LCK Leisure Ltd and their immediate families.
5. Eligibility. The entrant is the lead booker named on the booking, who must be 21 or over (in line with our booking terms) and resident in the UK. Each eligible booking counts as one entry, regardless of value or length of stay.
6. Prizes. First prize (one): the entrant's 2027 holiday free of charge, by way of a full refund of the booking cost paid to us. Second prize (one): a £100 refund against the entrant's 2027 holiday. Third prizes (two): a £50 voucher for Kendricks, Dartmouth.
7. What the first prize covers. Everything paid to us for the booking itself, including accommodation, hot tub, pet charges and booking fees. It does not cover items bought separately before or during the stay, such as wine, hampers, food and drink, restaurant, bar or shop spend, insurance or travel.
8. How prizes are delivered. First and second prizes are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days after the guest has completed the holiday and checked out. Kendricks vouchers are issued at check-in, are valid for 12 months from issue, have no cash value and give no change.
9. The draw. Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on or around 6 November 2026, under the supervision of a director of LCK Leisure Ltd. The draw may be filmed and shared on our website and social media; winners are identified by first name and booking month only. Our decision is final.
10. Notification. Winners will be emailed at the address on the booking within 7 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we may draw another entry.
11. Changes to a winning booking. Prizes attach to the booking as it stood at the closing date. If it is later changed to a different unit, dates or length of stay, the prize is limited to the lower of the original or new cost, and any increase in cost is payable by the guest. If a winning booking is cancelled or the holiday is not taken, the prize is forfeited.
12. Paying in full early. Paying in full before the normal balance due date does not change our booking terms and conditions. The 25% deposit remains non-refundable. If the booking is cancelled more than six weeks before arrival, any amount paid above the deposit is refunded; if cancelled within six weeks, the full price is retained, with a refund less a £25 admin fee if we re-let the accommodation. 13. No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative, other than the refunds described above.
14. Other offers. Entry is not affected by any discount on the booking. The first prize refund is the amount actually paid after any discount.
15. Data. Personal data is used only to run the draw and contact winners, in line with our privacy policy.
16. General. We may withdraw or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
