Location. The style, layout, the whole presentation of the building and living areas, with the sea views. The whole cottage was very pleasing, well cared for, clean, and enjoyable to live in.

The location is perfect for us. The staff are so accommodating and each year we love how personable it feels to come back. Any issues are resolved quickly and without hassle. They even checked in with us when I had forgotten to sort keys for our team members. I cannot fault the location and the staff and the accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay in pounds loft spa, it was very well equipped with everything we needed. The accommodation was clean and beds were comfortable. We loved the site being small, it made it feel really relaxed and slow paced.

Lovely space, very clean, quiet. Very helpful young lady in reception. Lovely views. Very nice hot tub, just the ticket after walking lots of hills.
