1. Details of ALL persons occupying the accommodation should be entered on the reservation form, and no alterations may be made except by prior written agreement with the proprietors. This is an INSURANCE requirement. 

 

2. The accommodation is designed for the comfort of the number of persons shown and these may not be exceeded under any circumstances. 

 

3. Only the persons stated on the reservation form shall use the accommodation. 

 

4. No accommodation is reserved until the appropriate deposit has been paid. Offers of accommodation are subject to availability and acceptance by the proprietors. 

 

5. A deposit is payable as a reservation fee and this is non-returnable. The remaining balance is payable SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. 

 

6. Cancellation of a reservation can only be accepted provided that it is possible to re-let the accommodation for the period involved; otherwise the reservation must stand and the client is still liable for the remaining balance. We strongly advise clients to insure against cancellation. 

 

7. Time is required to ensure that the accommodation is maintained in a tidy and cleaned condition. To this end, accommodation is available from 2.30pm and guests are requested to vacate by 10.00a.m. on the day of departure. Also, please ensure that the accommodation and contents are left in a clean and tidy condition. Should excessive cleaning be needed it will be charged at £25/Hour. 

 

8. Dogs and other pets are not accepted. 

 

9. No radio, record player, television or musical instrument should be audible from 11.00pm to 0800am. Also, they should not be used on the terraces or in the grounds to the annoyance of other guests. 

 

10. No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for personal injury or inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles in the car park. 

 

11. All breakages must be reported to the proprietors and these should be paid for before departure. The proprietors reserve the right to make a charge for any damage. 

 

12. The keys to the accommodation are available at the reception from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. 

 

13. The proprietors reserve the right to request the immediate departure of any person, or persons, whose behaviour is causing annoyance to other guests in any way whatsoever.
